I’m not a fast runner, however since joining the local Athletics Club I’ve achieved some personal best times in the last few months. Hopefully this year I can improve on them.

In a typical week I run 3 or 4 times, including a long run.
I train with In Touch Studios in Bristol, doing three sessions a week of circuits, high intensity workout and a strength session. I have recently learned to swim front crawl and try and swim at least once a week.
