I’ve been wanting to set this up for a while. The professional side of my life is well documented over at rachelandrew.co.uk however I’ve had an itch to start writing about running and fitness for some time. As 2013 will be the year I run my first marathon it seemed a good time to start.
The intention is to write here about running, fitness gadgets and my attempts to learn to ride a road bike in order to meet my goal of participating in a triathlon.
I’m not a fitness expert, I’ve been a runner for just under four years. However I’ve found the best advice I’ve been given has been just passed on from other runners and fitness nerds, so I’ll write up the things that worked for me and I hope you’ll comment on what has worked for you.
